DINO * RUN is a great game by the impressive Pixeljam peeps all done in their trademark 8-bit style. The idea is you’re a Dino running for your life from impending fiery doom. The game starts out fairly straightforward but each new level reveals more and more of the game and it's charm. So many ideas within this simple concept. And it's got multiplayer! Give it a run and see how far you get — it’s worth skimming the 'How To Play' instructions just to find out about how to get power ups etc.
Ace - would have worked great with our old identity! Link from Pauly
Holy shit — I didn't even know this was even possible: play Defender inside a website’s favicon (that’s the icon in the browser bar......... that er....... we don’t have *cough*)
Best thing I've ever seen on the web lately!

I’m currently looking into either buying / making an arcade cabinet. Pre-made ones are pretty expensive and most are a bit OTT. An alternative is to buy a kit and then build it and decorate as I see fit (plain with no decals, if you're asking)… or I could try and build one myself.
Yeah, that’d be good! Draw up some plans, cut the wood, buy some buttons and joysticks, then reveal my masterpiece to the world! Just like these lot did. This site presents the very best of the very worst. The commentary and sheer randomness of some of the designs had me cracking up. Enjoy.
It's been a while since my last post this is mainly due to the fact that we have been very busy over here at TAK! towers, working on both client projects as well as a few of our own.
When developing new projects we like to investigate and use various technologies that we feel are best suited to the project and so we get to play with quite a lot. Recently we have been having a good look at the forthcoming ASP.NET MVC (Currently on preview 4) follow the link for more information - in our opinion this is shaping up to be a very welcome addition to the .NET framework.
As we investigate this further we are going to start posting source code and snippets of our findings and also linking to articles which we think are useful.
It’s been a while since we made any updates to the Portfolio section on the site. So today we’re happy to add 3 major website projects; The Deaf Cultural Centre, Visit Birmingham and Marketing Birmingham. Don’t worry we’ve not sold out — in fact the next project to go up is quite the opposite. Variety is the spice…
